What Makes Cottonwood Roofing Different

Cottonwood Roofing was built by people who know what makes a roofing job go well and what causes one to go sideways.

After 15+ years in roofing, our owners have learned that a good bid is not just about measuring the roof and plugging numbers into generic software. It comes from understanding the details: materials, labor, supplier pricing, roof complexity, access, ventilation, project notes, customer expectations, and the handoff from estimate to production.

We used that field knowledge to build our own estimating and project software from the ground up. The goal is simple: produce clear, competitive bids faster, with better information behind them.

That system helps us organize the details early, price the work more accurately, and carry important notes into production so the crew is not starting from scratch after the proposal is signed.

Fewer Handoffs

The information gathered during the estimate does not disappear once the customer says yes. Project notes, scope details, material needs, supplier pricing, and site considerations carry forward into planning and production.

That means fewer missed details, fewer surprises, and a smoother experience from estimate to install.

Built From Field Knowledge

Our process was not built around generic roofing workflows. It was shaped by the things our owners have learned from years of pricing, managing, and completing roofing jobs.

We built our tools around the details that actually affect the work, not just the ones that fit neatly into a form.

Clearer, Sharper Bids

Better inputs lead to better estimates. Our goal is to provide bids that are competitive, accurate, and easy to understand.

We want customers to know what they are paying for, why it matters, and what to expect before the work begins.
